Concierge Services
Will attend inspections, final walk-thru, closings, unlock doors for appraisers, contractors, etc. (Based on availability).
Real Estate Listing Services
Add listing to MLS, including photos, supplements, description, etc. Add details in KWLS and Zillow including additional photos. Extend listings when necessary. Concierge services available including completing Zillow video, meeting photographer, stager, etc.
Contract To Close Services
Facilitate closings from the binding date through the closing date. This includes reviewing all documents for accuracy and compliance, preparing amendments if needed, follow up with lenders, closing attorneys, co-op agents, etc. Follow up on appraisals, termite inspections, order home warranties, and ensure other special stipulations are fulfilled – when applicable.
