- Prepare and send listing documents via DotLoop
- Schedule stager, photographer, with agent’s preferred vendors, as needed
- Enter listing in MLS as Coming Soon or Active
- Add photos to MLS
- Add supplements to MLS
- Complete descriptions for MLS and individual photo descriptions.
- Assign Lockbox in Supra
- Set up CSS according to agent’s instructions
- Email MLS listing to seller for approval, suggestions, etc.
- Enhance listing in Zillow, KWLS and Realtor.com (add additional photos, etc.)
- Once Active in MLS, follow up on showings and retrieve Feedback from showing agents
- Follow up with sellers twice weekly, via text, email or call to insure they have received and understand showing feedback
- Update MLS with price changes, photo changes, etc. as needed and as directed by the Listing Agent
